We require 48- hours (business hours) notice for a penalty free cancellation of appointments. Clients can cancel appointments by calling the salon and speaking with front desk, or by leaving a voicemail during business hours. Clients cancelling appointments with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee, which is in the amount of 100% of the appointments service price.
For Tuesday & Wednesday appointment cancellations we also require notification by 3 p.m. Saturday afternoon prior to the salon closing for the weekend.
AFTER HOURS CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED RECEIVED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY...Penalties may apply.
We ask that clients call the salon and notify front desk if they will be late arriving for their scheduled appointment. If we are unable to contact a client 10 minutes into your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a "No Show" Clients whom arrive late for their appointments will have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time if allowable or cancelled entirely. If this occurs, the full cost of the service/s scheduled will still apply.
If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment, they will be subjected to pay the full amount of the service/s scheduled. They will also be required to pre-pay or attach a credit card to their file in order to secure or schedule future appointments at Metamorphosis Hair. Clients who no show on more than one occasion must pre-pay in full for any services that they would like to schedule.
We require all changes to any scheduled appointment/s to be requested at least 48 business hours prior to the scheduled time of the appointment via phone during regular business hours.Please note that all services require different time perimeters as does the hair type therefore, changes can sometimes be accommodate easily and other times not so easily.If at that time the accommodation for your requested changes cannot be made we would be happy to reschedule for another date and time that is best suited if you would prefer. However, with the appropriate notice.
Metamorphosis Hair do require a deposit (or in some cases a valid credit card on file ) in order to secure bookings for groups, appointments spanning more than 3 hours, or for services taking place off- site or out of regular salon hours.
All new clients are required to sign our policy waiver on their first visit to the salon. Clients may also be required to fill out additional waivers, such as a chemical waiver before undergoing hair or lightening services, or a consultation which details the agreed upon services between a stylist and their client our front desk, stylist, or technician will be able to go through the waiver with their client and answer any inquiries prior to beginning services. Refusal to sign required waivers will result in the salon being unable to complete those specific services for that client.
Metamorphosis Hair does not offer monetary refunds on services rendered. We do have a 7 day policy in place on services in which a client can come back and have corrections made or receive salon credit on technical errors.
Product refunds will only be given for defective or damaged products and will only be taken back for salon credit or exchange pending management approval within 7 days of purchase date with receipt. Used products are non - refundable. Tools and appliances are final sale. No refunds or exchanges!
Children & Additional Guest
Due to limited seating and to provide comfort and privacy to our clients that are being serviced, we ask that YOU DO NOT BRING CHILDREN AND OR GUESTS unless they are receiving salon services.
We do require and appreciate a reply for all our appointment e- confirmations.
